You Want To Control The Fate Of Your Own Blogs and Your Websites
Not long ago I figured that blogging is an effective way to promote websites, almost all the blogs on which I chose to work were based on wordpress, its well known that WordPress is perfect for casual as well as professional bloggers, with the fact that its licensed under GPL make the wordpress the most popular weblog platform on the Internet.
Then I found out that I probably should build blogs myself, subsequently I can use my own blogs to promote my other websites, of course this is not a new idea, all kinds of blog networks are out there for the exact purpose, anyway those are other people’s asset and I have no control, in addition there is no way I can post to them, its easy to understand that the price on those networks won’t be cheap.
Its quite difficult to manage more than a few blogs manually, if you’re not going to just put spams on them,to write interesting content is always time consuming, you have to put in time and money to build a successful blog. Some blogs are quite interesting, such as this one, Semi Trailer Tie Down, the domain name is pretty good, and there are a lot of interesting articles on it, though its not a theme focused blog, almost any interesting posts get posted on it. Here is another one, Cable Puller and Come Along, this one has main theme, the content on the this site has a theme, and ranks well for quite a few keywords. I can show you a lot more sites, but I think you understand the basics now. Last but not least, in your little net you should have some loose blogs, put some random content on those blogs occasionally, take one blog as example, Ratchet and Winch Strap, this will make a blog network more like naturally built blog groups.
After you successfully build a few blogs, you can try to build a few more, then use the established blogs to promote the new ones, this is the way to build your own blogging network. Of course its just the beginning, the real stuff will be more complicated, there’s one thing you do have to remember is that don’t ruin your hard work just because you want to cut a few corners.
